By tuning into how you feel when you eat a certain food. We help you to recognise the signs of what to look for if a food may not be agreeing with you and how to look at food as FUEL that energises your body. 

We identify your food intolerances and then identify alternatives foods you can eat that are nutritious and tasty too!
